- Improved Twitter User Experience - In this release the user experience of the Twitter client was improved by decoupling the calls to the Twitter server from user interface commands and refreshes. This improvements is particularly noticeable on slow networks and when the Twitter server is under heavy load.
- Twitter User Timeline Support - In this release the Yakkle twitter client added support for displaying timelines of other users.
- Twitter Local Caching - In this release the Yakkle twitter client caches key Twitter user attributes to allow for better operation during times of severely limited Twitter server access.
- Twitter Back Button - In this release the Yakkle twitter client now has a "Back Button" that allows you to easily go back to a previous view similar to how back buttons work for popular browsers.
- Increased Twitter Friends Timeline Pages - In this release the number of Friends Timeline pages able to be displayed is increased from 10 to 20. In addition, when logging into Twitter with the Yakkle Twitter client, the first 10 Friends Timeline pages will be automatically retrieved.
- Improved Twitter Rate limit Integration - In this release the Yakkle twitter client continues to adapt to the recently added Twitter rate limit API to provide optimized automatic updates. This release also includes a new dialog to view the current Twitter rate limit values.
