to improve our products and services, or access certain services, offers, and content on a ZenViva owned website. As Zenviva continues to
develop its business, Zenviva might sell its business assets. In such transactions as well as in the event ZenViva or substantially all of its
assets are acquired by a third party, personal information of ZenViva users will generally be one of the transferred business assets. We

service to you. ZenViva accepts no responsibility to liability for user of these services. ZenViva software and websites may contain links
to external websites. Linked websites are not under the control of ZenViva and it is possible that these websites have a different privacy
policy. The Privacy Statement applies solely to personal information that is acquired on ZenViva’s websites or through your use of ZenViva
software. ZenViva accepts no responsibility or liability for these other websites.
How does ZenViva protect your personal information?
ZenViva shall take appropriate organizational and technical measures to protect the personal data provided to it or collected by it, and
shall not retain it any longer than permitted in order to perform its services or as required under relevant legislation. Your personal data
can only be accessed by authorized agents of ZenViva that need to have access to this data in order to be able to fulfill their given duties.
ZenViva use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption on all web pages and within its software applications where personal information is required.
