Contacts are the people that you want to collaborate with. You control who is allowed into your
contact list. Your contacts must be Google gmail account holders or Jabber account holders.
If they are not Yakkle users, then you can still instant message with them, but you will not be
able to use the voice or desktop sharing features. You can organize your contacts into groups.
You can drag someone from one group into another. All of your contacts will have icons displayed
next to their names which conveys their status to you. For example:
"are they online?"
"are they away or busy right now?"
"can I Yakkle with them?"
"are they a Yakkle user?"

 | I'm blocked from Yakkling with you. |

 | I'm currently Yakkling with someone right now. |
 | I'm waiting for this user to accept me into their contacts list. |
 | I'm offline right now. |
